Who is ITCK the right choice for?
ITCK is aimed at start-ups and small and mid-sized businesses looking for professional IT consulting. Not a classic PC repair service, but your strategic IT partner for larger projects and consulting.
Do you also offer on-site support?
Yes. Depending on the project scope and package, on-site visits are possible within a radius of up to 30 kilometers around Bad Schönborn. Most things, however, can be handled conveniently by remote support, even over longer distances.
How much does working together cost?
The cost depends on the project scope. Options include hourly billing, fixed project fees or monthly support contracts. The initial consultation is always free and non-binding.
Why no small repairs?
ITCK has deliberately specialized in strategic IT consulting and larger projects. For single-workstation repairs there are excellent local service providers. Our focus is on what moves your business forward.
How quickly can a project start?
After the free initial consultation, an individual concept is usually ready within 48 hours. The actual project start can often follow within a week.
